We are moving forward in the second year (first quarter) of the Transformation process.

Updates:

• We have just completed the worship surveys, leadership surveys, and staff surveys and are tallying the results so that we can send them to DNA Coaching for review. This should be completed at the end of March 2008
• DNA Coaching will finalize a Ministry Performance Review based on our surveys and other important information given.
  

Other Updates:

• We will be given the results of the “REVEAL” study that our congregation took part in late 2007. For more information on REVEAL go to: http://www.revealnow.com/
• We will need to reapply for our “Welcoming Congregation” certificate by the end of the year. For more information on being a welcoming congregation go to: http://www.ignitingministry.org/welcoming/certification.aspx

DNA Coaching will be visiting our church again in early September 2008. Dates to come soon.
